33. I pray that all victims, from this, and all disgusting things like this can find peace, and recover as much of their normal life as possible. However, I am afraid until all of those responsible, regardless if they are ex-presidents, or very wealthy, important and powerful people by the world's standards are arrested, prosecuted, indicted and imprisoned things will never change. The problem is those who have the power to do so, have the same aspirations of power, and will not make a stand for justice.
