“20/20” invited Abby Catt to visit again with Fort Bend County Sheriff Troy Nehls, who advocated for her after she accepted a plea deal for aggravated robbery in 2012.

The sharif is amazing, she should be very grateful . I really hope she figures it out soon. And be ready for his brother to be with him.
F*ck Scott Catt. He manipulates his children to rob a bank. He is a horrible father.
Im sorry but i can't trust anyone who giggles in a serious conversation..girl been there and hope u get it together soon!!
Soooo he didn't fear for his life, I guess? He only fears for his life when the person is an unarmed black person reaching for his wallet after the pig has asked him for his ID, but not when the robber is a armed white person. Mmm kay.
YOU KNOW IVE READ MOST OF THE COMMENTS WITH PEOPLE FEELING LIKE SHE DISSERVED MORE TIME BUT YOU KNOW WE GOT THIS OVERSEER CALL GOD BUT LETS THE CRIME FIT TIME,SHE ACTUALLY DIDNT DISSERVE 1DAY…THIS WAS SICKENING FROM THE START,WHAT TYPE DAD WOULD EVEN THINK OF HIS ON KIDS TO DO SUCH AH THING!!!!I ACTUALLY FEEL SORRY FOR THE FATHER TO BECAUSE HE ACTUALLY DONT SEEM TO BE SUCH A BAD PERSON!!!!IM PRAYING FOR THIS ENTIRE FAMILY!!!!
I have zero sympathy here. Almost everybody in American prisons had bad parents or absent parents so this story is nothing special or different. I grew up surrounded by hardcore criminals, but when I was asked to join in I instead chose to go get a college degree and a job. They knew they were wrong and they ALL used their free will to make choices. Do the crime do the time. NO EXCUSES!!!
Wait, I'm sorry this is just weird and completely absolutely inappropriate…And doesn't seem to be impartial at all… he HELPS the DAUGHTER and says fuck the brother.. but thinks the KIDS were the victim??? tfzih
I'm so happy the sheriff had guided her along the way. I hope both Abby and her brother Hayden find their happiness and live their lives the way they deserve to live.
I would bang…
I don't understand why we are supposed to be interested in a criminal who got off easy because she was a young adult, and a cop spending his time fostering an already privileges Criminal, when there are genuinely needy people out there. Why on Earth would we care. Is the woman who got off with an extraordinarily light sentence going to do anything besides breed? Reproducing is not news. I cannot figure out for the life of me why this is on YouTube.
Lord I pray for the progression in us all as human beings. Lord I ask that you bless us all and keep us from our temptation. Lord I ask that you eliminate our temptation to do wrong and hurt each other. Amen.♥ï¸ÂÂ
I don't understand this story.
That poor girl. I hope she is successful and follows God plan for her life.
She robbed banks with her brother and father. They robed banks while she was still in high school. She only spent money 1 to get her nails done. She was a innocent victim of family manipulation
She’ll never amount to anything.
Period Pooh
I’d love to know the full stipulations of what happened when she was supposedly arrested for this robbery.
First!
