  1. Of course the police don’t believe she committed any crimes because that is their attitude towards people as well! This is just one of so many reasons why people DESPISE police! Myself included!

  2. Supposedly there were more calls about her coming in. So why did they not know her location? Noone that called in knew where they were?? Nonsense. They weren't asked.

  3. She said, 'these people outside can see me'. If there were people outside who saw she was drowning then why didn't they help her.

  4. She could've at least tried to comfort the poor woman. Disgusting sadistic troll she needs to be in prison!

  5. If you listen to the whole 911 call she was on the phone with her for about 20 minutes!! 20 minutes & the water was slowly creeping up.. she did everything that operator told her to do & she ended up being chastised & shamed when she started to cry & panic cause the water was rising & she couldn't breath!!!! People were just standing by watching her drowned.. I will never forget this poor woman's cries for help… So sorry this happened to you Debra Steven's! 🙁

  6. Good, there’s a special place in hell for Donna, Debra was the sweetest of angels and I hope she has a wonderful seat next to the angels and God because she was a gem and did NOT deserve to die like that, I wish I could have been a bystander and saved her, the 911 call broke me to tears…. I now want to be a dispatcher to help people in situations like this!

  7. Let's put Donna in a, car that's, flooding and have people talk rude to help and not help.. That woman, sucks..

  8. I listened to the entire 911 call and i was so disgusted and upset with how nasty donna (dispatch) was to this poor woman as she was dying. Even while mrs. Stevens showed nothing but respect donna was continuously nasty and rude. The dying woman was still being so polite and apologetic to her while shes the one in peril she is made to constantly feel she needs to apologize to her. I hope she thinks about that last call for the rest of her life. If she was saying from the beginning the water was rising to her chest why didn't she tell the woman to try to possibly get to the roof of her car. I guess that could be dangerous as well but its better than sitting in a car while water rises with nowhere to go.

  9. Put me in a room with this bitch for 5 minutes guarantee she wouldn’t even look the same heartless bitch

  10. To the people defending the dispatcher. If one of your family members was in trouble and a dispatcher spoke to them like that, you'd want to rip they're fucking throat out. Dont have such double standards.

  11. Oh I'm sorry, is my drowning putting a damper on your day? I should really be more considerate about how much I panic when I'm dying.

  12. I just listened to the 911 call. That operator was being a damn bitch. It was totally understandable that the victim was scared and crying. The victim asked her to pray with her, and she said to go ahead she would listen to her. That poor lady was begging for help and saying she didn’t want to die. She thought about getting out and trying to swim, but she said she didn’t know how to swim. It breaks my heart that the last person Debra talked to (911 operator) didn’t show any sympathy to her situation. I hope that 911 operator know KARMA is a bitch.
