46. Seriously referring to a victim as a bystander, let alone a 14 year old girl as just a bystander is sickening 😪. The man had no gun and that was clearly visible to anyone. He was 10 feet away from the lady he attacked. At that moment they thought the best idea was to unload their clips without regard to anyone around. That woman was not in imminent danger and a cop should have ran and tackled the guy. Instead people are saying oh well a 14 year old girl is dead and well that was just bad luck……………..WTF????
