4 fraternity brothers sentenced in pledge’s death

1. They have jail fraternities to and the hazing isn't too nice, they tattoo you a tear on your cheek and become a male girlfriend

2. What a slap in the face. I mean does it get anymore hurtful than this. They should be doing some serious time. It's not like they even have a conscience. Karma boys, karma. I pity what your " priviledge" is really gonna get you.

3. What the law defines as manslaughter really needs to change. Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t their something called “assumption of risk” involved when people “accidentally” kill someone, hurt someone, hurt themselves, etc?

   Like if I was twirling a loaded gun with the safety off and it went off shot someone. While, yes, I didn’t MEAN to shoot someone, shouldn’t I have just known better? Sounds like I’m a murderer in that regard. Whether or not it was premeditated shouldn’t matter.

   Edit: While, admittedly, there is wiggle room for this law to be corrupted, this specific scenario seems pretty cut and dry.

13. The charges shouldn’t have just been hazing. Negligence should’ve put them behind bars for longer, they let this kid die. They also supplied a minor with alcohol.

48. A lot of murder happened this way and the college and police does nothing about it they pretend like it it doesn’t happen it should lead to immediate expulsion and banned from college and for it’s lead to murder they should get life in prison without parole
