  1. What? Where is part 5? 20/20 stop doing this! If you are going to post multiple videos then have the last one. You keep doing this. 😡

  2. Breakdowns at several junctures. mostly by 911. The guy is obviously insane, why isn't he in a hospital for the criminally insane instead of the penitentiary ?

  3. Where is Part 5?!! I went to the abc website but there's no volume. Why would you only post portions of this then cut it off right when people are hooked! Total click bait. Not cool.

  4. Honestly, I do feel like the dispatch operator rushed the initial passenger off the phone. While I do understand it's an open and shut case once a person says they don't want an officer, the poor guy was traumatized, he most likely would've opted to speak with an officer once he calmed down a bit, and had the operator not dismissed him so quickly. But despite that, he even sent a screenshot of Jason's face and car. At the very least the operator should have been retrained or reprimanded. It was very evident that the guy was fearful and had just been in an emergency situation. As a former CSR we were trained to regulate the call based on customer's needs, and their tone of voice. All I'm saying is she should've been more patient with him, so he could gather his thoughts. Many people call in distressed like that, and that's all the more reason to consider the situation they're in is an emergency.
