21. When the Sampoong Mall collapsed in Korea due to cuts in building material quality for profits, 502 people were killed. The owners (Sampoong Group) of the building at first were angry about the loss of money – which sparked anger and controversy, but then they eventually donated all of their money to the victims which dissolved their company.

    Let's see if the condo association does the same.
