Parents fault completely for not having kids in life-jackets. The parents should be charged with negligence for the kids death. Probably the same ones who don’t make their kid wear a helmet while riding a bike down the main boulevard

11. A commercial jet crash lands on the Hudson and all survive. A boat tips over and two die. There's just no figuring when your time will come. Appreciate the moment.

13. My 30ft cabin cruiser can hold 11 people according to the USCG. that ski boat had more people than it was supposed to carry. I see a criminal charge for the boat owner and operator.

17. That boat looks too small for that many people (but who knows, maybe they were within weight limits), and that water looks super choppy. RIP to the little boy.
