Bitwarden is top- notch open source and basically free, ironically not promoted by major "News", "Open source promoters" publishers.
im using last pass since a year now , the free version does what i want it to and yeah too convienent
I've been using a password manager for years, 1Password is my app of choice. I was finally able to get my family on board because it's important. The main reason it's important, what happens to all your information if something happens to you? How will your family get the needed access? That alone is a reason to have a password manager.
yeah it´s completely safe to give your house keys to a stranger… assholes
I use LastPass to store my all account password and use Samsung Pass to remember the Last Pass master passsword.
Btw you can also use Samsung Pass in Samsung phone to store all of your password, but only thing is that it doesn't have any browser extension.
I've been using mSecure since 2013. Does the job for me.
I am a fanboy of both chrome and dashlane. It makes life so much easier.
I use safeincloud Ä°ts cheap secure and well prepared you can store your data in Gcloud drobbox or elsewhere and pay just once then it will be yours forever its build for windows android ios all platform work fine I love it Give it a chance
They’re more convenient but there’s a solid learning curve. I’ve helped many non-techie friends get started but it’s the same thing each time. Takes them a couple weeks to get it and be comfortable.
So if your password manager is the one that is compromised, then what?
Used 1Password then switched to Bitwarden. Saving a couple bucks a year using BW but 1P is much more polished because of the subscription model
Norton password manager is 100% free and hasn't been hacked like last pass was
Sponsored by LastPass, the company that leaked their users login credentials last September.
Yea, agreed with others. I don’t trust placing my passwords on these types of apps. I’m not even a boomer, but with 2 factor authentication not sure it’s really needed.
Last pass … but disappointed in the chrome and firefox extension doesn't log me off after my preset time (15 or 30 min).
Bitwarden is free and far better than the other password management apps.
And then you somehow lose the lastpass and access to all accounts
I just use my memory and chrome's built in password service. I have multiple passwords and 2 factor-authentication for extra insurance.
Never used any password manager. Just for prevent my memory to forget password.
Chrome is enough for me. It also automatically generates strong passwords and saves them.
My dad is 50 years old and he uses a password manager because it's more concinient😂. So I changed all his passwords because it's more secure since they were all the same and he didn't know them anyway.
