  1. @AndroidCentral
I have this this table for about 5 months now, and I have a question that needs to be answered… my question us, how do you delete videos off of this tablet? And its weird because my tablet is very quick and is never slow.. so yeah, if you can find an answermp for me, that would be great!!! Please and thanks! !!

  2. I own one of these. The "slow" is the Tap-n-Tap UI they put on it. I dumped Tap-N-Crap the first day and started installing custom UIs. I settled in on the Vegan Tab UI and I have no lag at all with it now. It also now has full access to Android market. Whoever At viewsonic decided to put that UI on a tablet with a 1 GHZ NVIDIA Tegra 2 should be shot. The only con I have with it is the view angles are not that great but after a couple of days I got used to it.

  3. Viewsonic should NOT release this to the public, yet. The device obviously isn't ready.

Looks very promising, though! Could be better than the iPAD.

P.S.: PLEASE ANDROID CENTRAL – GET RID OF THE DAMN BACKGROUND MUSIC. SO ANNOYING.

  4. @theworksink It has nothing to do with android and google saying it isn't ready. People have hacked these and put on a much cleaner UI and it runs well. The problems are entirely because the taptap UI was not designed well.

While it may not be as snappy as a smartphone, there is no reason it should take 5 seconds just to load search in music.

  5. @theworksink The only real performance-affecting difference between a tablet and a smartphone is a potential higher resolution on a tablet. There's no reason why it should be slow.
