The next generation of Google Pixel phones could be about to see a major course correction. Reports of a more efficient processor and possibly some camera changes too. It’s still too early to know for sure how the devices will shape up, but we can offer some of what we *hope* will feature in Google’s next flagship phones.

  1. Shall we wait for the Pixel 5 or the pixel 4A with 5G, or better yet, not to mention the Pixel 6?

I'm still waiting to renew pixel 4A with 5G that will be released in October,

In short, the Pixel 4A cannot be purchased until October 1, 2020

  2. I laughed when he said gorgeous frosted back 😂the silver and orange phone look horrendous the only one that looks nice is the black one

  3. Faster 4000 battery good outside using in sunlight 😎😎😎😎😎

  4. The two things the Pixel 5 most needs are way better battery and the return of the rear fingerprint sensor. Everything else negotiable. Likes would be double the RAM and ignoring those horrible camera blocks on the competition. Fast wireless charging would be neat. But to ignore the absence of the fingerprint sensor in this video is a criminal omission. Call the Android Police!

  5. 1) A Wacom EMR /AES pen compatibility, midline punch hole not the corner punch hole
    2) 120 hz screen
    3) a gaming pixel now that Google has Stadia and Play pass

  6. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Remove the selfie camera entirely. I can do without it. Bigger battery, faster charging. Uniform design. No big chins or weird foreheads.

  7. PLEASE, NOT JUST PIXEL 5 BUT LITERALLY ANY SMARTPHONE COMPANY READ THIS, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE!

5 things that I expect it to have.

    >Exact same design as the Pixel 4 (if for google), with nipple notch or a single punch hole front cam instead of that big forehead, and a flat screen, no stupid curved edges, and manageable screen sizes, 6.3 to 6.4 inches max, but mid-range chipset (730G or 765G), and hence a sub $350 or a sub $400 price.

    >Headphone jack, I plug traditional speakers into my phone for music. Can be done via adapter but I play games while charging too, and there's no reason to not have it.
Not gonna buy a sub $400 phone and then spend $100-$300 additional on a set of Bluetooth headphones. That completely defeats the purpose of having a "mid range" phone.

    > A 4500mAh or a 4000mAh battery minimum, with some form of fast charging 25/30W atleast.

    >2 cameras, one regular 48/64mp and one atleast 12mp ultrawide. And then maybe a telephoto. Nothing more than that. Absolutely no point in having those useless 2-2mp sensors and 4-5-6 array camera systems.

    >Two variants, 6gb/128gb with a microsd card slot, or, 8gb/256gb with/without the slot.

  8. Change the design its sow UGLY!! camera have wide angle camera is not acceptable is 2020. Google pleas listen this phone is crap change the battery are you kidding me 5000 mph is a must and way should i bay this phone when Samsung and Apple is out there what's different about it and the pixle 5 is so ugly.

  9. The Pixel 4 rear design is perfect. The minimialist look has always been the theme of the Pixel – hence, bare bones, STOCK Android.

There's no need to change that trend just because it looks dull compared to some gradient-finish phone. Just go buy that one if you care that much – flash it if you want the Pixel experience.

What Google REALLY needs is 128GB storage and 4000mAh battery capacities for the base models. Oh, and an ultrawide lens for the people that don't know about Photo Sphere.

As for the displays, 90Hz is fine, but 120Hz is better – anything above that is cost-inefficient – that being said, I can live with 60Hz. shrugs

Also, don't go over $1000 USD.

  10. BS. I hear about iPhone bugs ALL THE TIME with the release of EVERY new iPhone. Stop with the nonsense that Google's Pixel phones are the only phones released with software bugs.

  11. 1) fingerprint scanner 👆
    2) battery 🔋

  12. Still have my pixel 2 xl the best pixel so far and won't replace it soon, especially pixel hardware design is getting uglier and uglier .

  13. Please let's get back to a fingerprint sensor on the back. I've been holding on to my 2xl mainly for this reason but its battery is starting to show it's age.

  14. My thoughts:
    1. Battery, battery, battery. It's the one reason I didn't get the Pixel 4, and the one thing I don't like about the 3XL. Having bezels with a smaller battery is inexcusable.
    2. Update camera hardware. Put that awesome Google processing with modern hardware and I think it would be the camera king again.
    3. Dual front facing speakers. I would take some bezels for this feature.
    4. Brighter screen.
    5. Fingerprint reader. Even if there's face ID, give us an option.
    6. More RAM

I don't think Google can afford to do another subpar phone. When a Googleholic like me passes on your new phone, hopefully you will get the message.
