3. Yes. I am also adding to mine with a white one from my daughter. She's getting( 12 )iPhone. I told her don't take the few bucks I'll give you more. She just gave it. So it's going to be another rom phone.

5. I am currently rocking a Pixel 4 XL and I love the FaceID-like biometric lock and the squeeze for assistant.

6. it doesnt need constant updates to be functional… As long as it works properly and its android version is supported by apps it is alive and well

7. My Pixel 4a is still supported until August 2023, but it's the last major Android phone to exist under 6" and I am hanging onto it until it is unusably broken!

8. That's how cold I got mine enrolled in the beta program well I guess I'll turn it into a full blown Linux phone now I got a reason to unlock the bootloader and go straight to Linux

12. Ordered my white Pixel 4 the day it launched and I'm still loving it! 😊 The primary reason for not upgrading is that I detest the Material You design. Also, I use Active Edge and Face Unlock all the time, and I prefer the smaller form factor.

15. I am currently still using the 4XL…sucks no more updates…guess I now know what it means to feel forced into buying the newest and best. Times are definitely changing. Every company just wants you to buy the newest model. Oh you still have the old model…need it repaired ….no no no you don't need a new screen for that device. Just buy the new model. Lol

18. I loved my pixel 4xl the only complaints I had were battery which since Android 11 Google fixed most of the battery issues. The choice of a telephoto lense instead of ultra wide angle was weird . But I loved face unlock. I loved the minimal design. I loved squeeze for assistance.

19. You have to be more honest with the community.

    This phone still has 2 years left, even without updates.

    Unlike iOS, where they support their products till they burn, Android supports phones when they're still middle aged.

21. My midrange Galaxy A71 got the same support. Laughable by Google.

22. Still rocking my P4XL , nothing wrong with it so why would I throw it away and contrbute to already huge moutains of E-waste.

23. I've still got my Pixel 4… battery isn't great but I've had it 2 years now. For 6 months or so it was stuck on 17% battery life whether it was empty or full but fortunately that recently resolved itself. Still perfectly useable for now.

34. I've used Samsungs for about 10 years and never had any problems. I decided to give the Pixel 6 with it's new tensor chip a try and I've had such a miserable experience that it's turned me off android completely and I'm switching to iOS. Pixel phones are a joke.

39. Pixel is shit anyway. I've never seen other lineup fcked up their hardware so bad after a year or 2 of use; either hardware itself or due to software killing it
