only drawback i find on this phone is that it has less battery capacity with 2800 mah comparing to note 3 3200mah and lg g flex 3500mah!
If it had the S pen I would buy it over the Galaxy Note 3. Samsung made a big mistake in that regard. The S pen is a major selling point for the Note line. The lack of the S pen will turn away potential buyers (like myself).

I thought about getting the note 3 but I wasn't sure but now that there coming out ( hopefully ) with this phone maybe I might look in to it … looks like might be the one for me without the s pen 🙂
