  1. In fact, I would be even more impressed if they offered the Nexus 7 w/ integrated phone capabilities for those whom converged capability is paramount & where browsing & remote terminal access take priority over phone calls.

It is also for this reason that for my use the iPad Mini totally missed an opportunity, asa small standalone tablet, it is simply another underpowered over priced netbook sans the keyboard. They should have offered it in a convereged phone/tablet package similar to the Note2

  2. What do you mean?.. The Note 2 is over-priced underpower tablet?. It beats the ipad 4 in raw cpu-power. Not in graphics, and its got 2GB of ram.. I love my Note 2. And i also love the Nexus 7, which has the best price you can ask for.

  3. Lets see – a phone AND an over-priced under-powered tablet, or a converged phone & tablet…

All the Note2 lacks is an OS integrated STABLE secure remote terminal access and then we can leave he laptop at home as well…

  4. hhhmm i want the note 2 but i think my gf is buying me the nexus 7 for xmas. should i have both? idea of nexus was for surfing at home and watching movies on my commute to work. if she does buy for me then prob not worth getting a large phablet

    ???

  5. not that "totally different categories", 5.5" vs. 7"?
Sure, the note is more high end with its s-pen and slimmer design. The biggest difference is really the price.

  6. Thank you so much for making this vid and I think bigbossteddy is totaly wrong. What you get from this is size you can look up the other things I own an nexus 7 and i can see its a good size next to it all i wanted to know. If i wanted to know specs easy to look up that tho this shows what i needed to know just from looking. I will be buying this phone I think its epic cant wait till jan when my contract is up with my dumb small screen slow iphone.

  7. I like to read PDF's for school on my long bus ride home my current Galaxy S is way to small and slow so I need a new Phone + Tablet

I was thinking about buying the S3 and the Nexus 7 but should I just get that Galaxy note instead? Is it big enough?

  8. battery life problem has already been solved by this massive 3100 mah battery… and lag was solve in android 4.1… and this is even better since it has a 1.6 GHZ exynos processor

  9. I could give 2 shits about the the display. Its obviously good enough to not notice unless you're some dumb ass staring at it looking for it. Get over the resolution people. They're not fuckin TV's

  10. well, you could say that the 1280 x 800 resolution is worse than the 1280 x 720 resolution of the galaxy nexus 2 since it has a higher pixel density because it is 1.5" smaller.
