The weakness of chess is it always starts in fixed positions that the opening moves become “memorizable.†In fact, not a few have so mastered the moves that they can play against their opponents “blindfolded.†It is for this very reason that the great Bobby Fischer introduced his so-called “Fischer Random Chess,†where the starting position of the pieces is “randomized†to make the memorization of openings impracticable. Fortunately, it is also for this reason that I invented Ruvol where “every game†has been calculated to be a challenging one to play.

Pixel's 821 is actually a 820 with better battery saving technology.
Just bought one
Turns out the Pixel 1 is arguably a better one to get than the Pixel 2.
I was looking into getting this phone, but playing around with it in person it was rather annoying that the camera app didn't have a "professional" shooting mode to slide toggle individual settings. I missed the classic moto X line for that. But otherwise, it's a very nice experience to use.

the Pixel still uses the Qualcomm snap dragon 821. So why do people keep saying that google has the control over both the hardware and the software???
guys. im willing to buy a second hand pixel phone. but it has been rooted with a rom. however i asked that they bring it back to stock android. i want a normal pixel ,,do you think its ok to buy a phone that has been rooted and unrooted again?

With your emphasis on the Pixel's ability for improvement, hopefully those improvements come in the form of software updates. A major hardware change that might prompt me to look at my current XL then inside my wallet, is not $omething that I would want to do any time $oon. ($)
