  1. Hi! Just today I was trying to get the latest Cyanogenmod version for my Oppo N1 and this is the first time I've tried, so far I'd used the android version. Do I have to root it or something? Because I did exactly as it says in the video with no luck. It says the it can't install the update

  2. I have a few questions:
-does your phone has to be rooted?
-does it work for the Oppo Find 7?
-is there a possibility that your phone get bricked?
    Thank you! 🙂

  3. Greetings,
Hi,I just did follow how to install Cyanogenmod on my new Oppo N1 (http://www.androidauthority.com/oppo-n1-install-cyanogenmod-feature-focus-338654/#comment-1334567437), but upon instaling and rebooting my phone, the Cyanogenmod loading screen just stay like that till now, I have tried to turn it off and on but it doesn't do anything and the same loading page appears on the screen. What should I do? I just bought my phone . Please Help.
    Frustrated New Oppo N1 owner.

  4. I like you @***** but you shouldn't talk nonsense like this. It's definitely good practise to make a backup before trying to install a custom rom but it's only a precaution. A normal custom rom installation shouldn't touch /sdcard (or /data/media for that matter, but alas @OPPO made a foolish mistake twice of creating a sdcard partition (which sincerely hope they won't repeat yet again with the Find 7)) but we've still got to account for Murphy's Law.
Something inexplicable could happen in which that /sdcard partition does get wiped. But this isn't nol flashing behaviour!!

Thank you for listening to my rant =)

  5. I used to like CM for its options ans stability but when i have tried many other roms i see that it is very slow and battery heavy system.

  6. Hey, Josh! I was wondering what's your theme on your windows? I like the Dark Mac style. I wanna try it on mine. Hopefully you have W7. Thanks!

  7. You don't need to back up anything but the data. The SD card will NOT be wiped when doing this. If you want cm, you are already rooted, so just backup using recovery.
