Not sure if it was always like this, but OnePlus One has 3 GB DDR3 1866MHz, while samsung's S5 only has 2 GB RAM.

I'm watching this on my oneplus one.
I like the one plus one alot, especially for the price, but overall I am leaning more towards the s5 because of the ip6/7 water and dust resistance as I tend to drown my phones :S
