Official HTC One flip cover + stand case hands-on

1. Is there any need to get a screen protector if i have one of these?

2. It's best to use it with e.g. Go-Launcher-Ex because of the possibility to use the launcher in landscape mode 😉 (handy if using the stand)

3. I like how he doesnt mention that when making calls you no one can hear you due to the mic being covered.

12. That is the dumbest thing I've ever heard, the build quality on it is awesome. Its still a good phone just not a great phone like the One or the S4.

13. One reason why i hate these flip covers is when you're takin pictures. you have to hold the flap so it doesn't flap back at you or flap behind the phone covering the cam.

14. With regards to JB, know that this phone was built probably when the older version for android was still "new" so it had to build its sense UI around it. If you build a phone now, you can't built a UI for 4.3 when it isn't even out yet, so you build it probably on 4.2.2. Now, being one or even 2 upgrades lower than the 4.2.2 isn't bad at all.
    Those upgrades aren't that big of a difference to eachother..you just get some small interface differences.

30. I have a similar case for my Nexus 4 – it does close properly after a couple of weeks of use for the material in the "hinge" to loosen up a bit.

41. Why can't they add a magnet in the phone and case and use it as a screen on/off function. Blackberry came out with it first and then Apple copied with the iPad.

42. This is funny. What happened to the famous aluminum body? You cover it w/ fake leather that makes the puone thicker and a lot heavier! this is why samsung is winning. They know how the people use their phones.

44. this flip cover is no comparison to samsungs flip covers, even lg has a better flip cover for its optimus g pro. this one is so bulky and ugly, whats the use of a beautiful and well built phone then if ur just gonna put on a case to protect in fact hide its beauty. why not buy a galaxy s4 insted and enjoy its design without having to put a cover..
