  1. I have an LG Nitro HD and it is not cool it is just a Cheapmy made Phone that overheats everytime you use an App or browse the Web not cool man in fact I need to get a tablet now incase it stops working I am thinking about an IPad or IPad Mini with AT&T 4G LTE I don't my phone will survive until next upgrade date

  2. @chrischoy9 if u really think rom manager is the universal solution to this and requires no android smarts and all then u very gravely mistaken

  3. @tastetherainbow4321 No, install ROM manager, select your phone model and it will automatically install recovery. After that, a list of custom ROMs for your phone will pop up.

Select on a rom you want on ROM manager, it will even download it for you!. After that, it gives you options to back up existing rom and wipe data. Click OK

    >>>>>>>>>100%, reboot from recovery 🙂

So simple even a bum on the street can do it.

  4. @chrischoy9 whats your point? a software update requires no brains at all but flashing a rom requires at least some android smarts

  5. @HiImSuan no i have one they have not released gingerbread they probably intalled a custom rom or something

  6. @HiImSuan Remember that there are many countries out there besides Korea and USA. So far, Android 4.0 is out and LG yet only released Android 2.3.3 to Korea, USA in some states and not to the rest of the world

  7. @tastetherainbow4321 Their software update is concerning, so I wouldn't use the F word. My last LG Android phone is a disgrace with software updates, bugged and their are refusing to fix it. I won't buy another LG phone until this gets resolved.

  8. Recently LG has recruited thousands programmers and invested smart phone applications with about 600million dollars, thus they will update or more stabilize it quickly soon.

  9. "fingers crossed lg might be diligent on updating" optimus 2x hasnt even got gingerbread update yet
