34. I kind of like the idea of OEM's not including an app drawer launcher. I mean there are HUNDREDS of launchers to choose from in the Playstore. And they are all more feature packed that any OEM pre-loaded launchers. This way they dont have to spend too much time and focus loading the launcher's U.I with useless crap (cough, cough, Samesung, LG, cough cough). 

35. The illuminated logo is a nice touch similar to Xperia's Illumination Bar.
