  1. I'm an Android user and have the One. I just bought a used 928 to see if I can convert. Not at all impressed with the HTC One camera or its battery life. If I can survive without the app selection and less customization with the 928 I'll buy the 929 which will have a 5" screen and 20 mp camera with Pureview technology. Camera and battery life are my top needs so the Lumia lineup looks promising.

  2. There are tons of games for free…you can even try the paid ones before you buy…the app store is not as big as either apple or android, but its getting there. It happens with any new platform.

  3. tired of hearing about all the "apps" how many of the same apps are out there? i.e. calculator apps and such…besides google is allowed to spy on you.

  4. The One let's you play media for longer periods? Yeah, I call bullshit. That quad core processor and android OS are not battery friendly. The Nokia has better battery life regardless of how you use it.

  5. Windows Phone 8 gives programmers access to all of the hardware and more through their APIs. If you really want to change the look or design you can just do what the open source Android users do and root their phones, or iPhone user's jailbreak their phones. =)

  6. Not taking sides, but to clear things up. Window's app store is still very new. It's growing so please give it some time. =) The reason Android has most of the market share is that Android is really cheap; free infact. Any handset makers can put it on their phone for free or cheap, and sell it giving many people an opportunity to buy a cheap smart phone.

  7. Actually android only has little lag mostly on touchwiz in the widget drawer. The htc one has none, every review I have seen has mentioned how it never or rarely ever did, windows phone never lags because it's a very easy os to run, all you have are tiles and a app menu, nothing more, also the windows app store is very bad, comparing to android's or apples it fails massively, not having many many good apps, oh and which platform has around 75-80% of the phone market?.

  8. dat grammar, and sure you can run a virtual machine android on pc but is is low as fuck, and that's only on pc, not windows phone. on the other hand android on mobile phones does not lag unless you have some shitty 100 dollar phone, my nexus 4 is smooth as butter.

  9. This review failed to mention the video cameras. The HTC One can record in true HD, and can be hooked up to a TV via special HDMI cable.. The Lumia 928 is packing that sexy PureView camera with motion stabilization that had everyone talking. That'd be a great comparison!

  10. I have a HTC one boss ads phone no problems whatsoever also I have never had a more responsive phone best phone on the market hands down
