The HTC One camera was better in all aspects but the zoom, that's what I think. I was really dissapointed in the zoom when I got my HTC One, I always just go near the object.
Also someone in the comments said IPhone camera ist better. I don't know about Iphone 6 yet, but all my friends said that the HTC One camera is waaaaay better
