It would have been a lot more helpful instead of flicking the screen around randomly for no reason and talking about how the noise can be annoying, tell us what you are actually doing.
it's so annoying when people flick their screen around for no reason.
What is that sound called? I tried to search for it in Zedge & can't find it.
aye yo man i got a question if u can messaged me back with an anserw when you can much appreciated well my s3 been makin a single click sound after the water drop its annoying everthing i do i hear it i know i can switch it off in the settings but i want the water drop sound..lol
cant you change it to.. something like on GS2 ..??
is there anyway to pick a different sound other then "nature" i dont know what the companies hippys were smoking, great phone but the sounds are a bit messed
Thanks a lot now im not that annoyed by the water drop.
is it possible to change the lock/unlock sound to other sounds ?
I wamt to change it how
that's what I want to know, i like to have sound I just don't like having the water droplet sound, i like the sound the galaxy II made
When they said "inspired by nature", I didn't think they meant it LITERALLY.
It doesn't sound natural. It sounds synthetic.
That's more annoying than that popping noise the GS2 made when you clicked stuff. Idk y Samsung has those enabled by default.
I hope ppl that visit androidcentral would already know this or figured this out
pa dum dum tiss
inspired by my cock
inspired by nature is pretty ghey
You people are a bunch of non comprehending idiots! When Samsung said "inspired by nature" they mean the phone is based off a nature theme by default! Water drop sounds, tall grass wallpapers, water pond or lakes wallpaper. You fools! Learn the concept.
Phone is nice but I agree with that nature crap marketing…I have iPhone and android I like android more due to custom Roms and widgets..iPhone just jailbreaking that I got over it..getting gs3 on att soon
"Our phone is built around nature" Okay, non biodegradable plastic, that works! I have nothing against a plastic phone, but if you're going to say you designed it with nature in mind, don't give me that crap. Like someone else said, marketing failure.
did you not watch the following 5 seconds where he showed "or you can just uncheck touch sounds"? which would only affect that annoying water drop sound.
Everyone should disable system sounds. It's annoying to hear the click click tap tap when someone is typing on a virtual keyboard, unlock sounds, selection sounds. I use the haptic feedback setting on my Android device to give me a subtle vibration when I make an onscreen selection. Respect the people around you by disabling system sounds…lol Don't mind my loud "I like big butts & cannot lie" ringtone 🙂
so corny this inspired by nature. If you want to be truly inspired by nature why don't you just use a rubber band and wrap a leaf around the phone. Better yet, get an iPhone … fully recyclable. One would thing being "green" is being inspired by nature … not these stupid "boink" sounds and ripple effects.
By having one nature 'inspired' transition from the lock screen to the home screen, and a bloop noise when anything happens?
Sounds like a marketing failure to me.
my question is will disabling that water droplet sound disable any other sounds that I may want to keep? it is labeled "system" and I would hate to have it turn off some sort of important alarm by turning it off.
It really is, it sounds like a dang episode of spongebob.
They should of been honest and said "inspired by lawyers". They didn't want to get sued by Apple for something crazy (and stupid) again.
20 days with my sgs3 and sooo happy about it
i like this sound and wont evenbuse a pattern instead of it
Actually its not. Its part of UI transition and effects.. Samsung just want to differentiate their products to other android manufacturers.
This whole "inspired by nature" is a complete marketing failure to me.
