Technology can help you in many ways. It makes information that normally required a trip to a library, into something that you can get within a few seconds. This also applies when it comes to working out. Being able to have access to new workouts, historical statistics, and body metrics is a key part in building strength or losing weight. Using hardware, and software tools can help you reach your goals. This is how I Android At the Gym.

Gymrat is now removed from the playstore. >_>
I want to ask you about two things.
1) is the gym rat still available? If not what do you suggest?
2) Do the headphones work properly for android? I'm asking because it says that it only works on apple products.
Thanks
Which font pack are you using on your Note3?
For those of us who just want to loose weight and not build muscle what would you recommend
Oooooooooooooooooopp
I like jefit quite a lot. Most important for me is that I can see my last reps and weights so that next time there is the goal to exceed myself.
Bunch of bullshit, you just need water, ipod and earphones
@ 2:18 .. What kind of phone is a GNUSMAS?
Great video!
Ha! Gayyyy! I've seen countless boys like that in different gyms over the years. They never get anywhere and then they stop coming.
I love your vids
Another vote for jefit
Wtf dude. Take your iPod, water and gym gloves. Done!
Google play Music huh? I need it but in my country there's didn't even yet

Jaybird Bluebuds X dude, wireless is the way to go when it comes to earbuds.
nice videos, you guys should try that as a playlist (how i android)
Thanks Kevin… But bugger using headphones with a cord while lifting! Bluetooth is the way to go. I use Jabra Sports. They have fairly decent sound and never get in the way.
Awesome video quality. But the way you gym is pretty lame. First, cut the cords and use the Jaybird bluebuds x for real movement freedom. Second, use Fitness buddy its just too awesome.
Dude just workout without all this BS. None of this is needed except music for entertainment.
Monster? Come on!
