  1. What does he mean by "this tablet isn't really designed to leave the house"? I feel like that's exactly why someone would get this. You could carry it around in your bag all day as a tablet for web browsing, social media, media consumption. And then when you get home, you slap it on the dock to recharge for the next day. And then it becomes a Nest Hub Max while you're at home….

  2. STUPID…epic fail. This "free dock" is worth $129 (you can buy another one for that price) and they couldn't' include a Google Assistant built in speaker???? $129??? SERIOUSLY…is it made out of 100 oz of gold? Come on, all it does it CHARGES and has a "USELESS" speaker that doesn't work unless docked. Not even BLUETOOTH.

  3. The tablet is not design to leave the house? Of course it's designed to leave the house. It's a portable device to consume media and do some light work on it.

  4. If you are playing something on the tablet (while docked) and then unplug the dock so that you can take the whole thing with you to say, another room, does the speaker continue to work or does it need to be plugged?

  5. 4:25 Yeah, and in the Nordics Google is demanding $775 for the cheapest one. They're f***ing delusional 😂🖕

  6. Well this guy won't be invited back next year after that review! Maybe they will fix the music use case problem?

Not in the demographic for this product but imagine this is trying to compete with Facebook hardware, idk.

It sure doesn't do anything for me as a potential tablet purchaser.

  7. The nest hub Max camera follows you around just like this will. This isn't really a new feature to Google, and they aren't playing catch up.

  8. What? Why would you buy another bluetooth speaker instead of just another dock? The whole point of the tablet is it's like a Nest Hub Max.

  9. Google the dumbest hardware company alive, the best thing would've been to make the dock a sound bar 😡😡😡😡 there always so close but thy have no innovation, thy don't wanna lead thy just wanna be in the conversation

  10. 😳😍😍🔥🔥

  11. If it could just be a Google speaker when you pull it off it would be a no brainer! So if you are playing music/ listening to a podcast through it and undock it just turns off?? Bummer

  12. In my opinion, it is nice but not worth it at all! No Pen, no Keyboard it’s just an ok Tablet with that useless Dock! I would rather buy a Galaxy Tab with Pen and still use it almost the same way, with more value.

  13. 60hz Display.. wtf?
I literally had every pixel device except the 3, and I wanted a pixel tablet so bad. But coming from 120hz P7P, having an 144hz Monitor at home and work, 60hz feels like 2015..
Even 90hz should be enough, but 60 really is a deal breaker.

  14. Dude its all g with the music it has 4 speakers so who cares about another speaker in kitchen pffft
