Droid Incredible a/v cable

1. it does not work with any other phone except HTC?
   I have a sony ericsson active. Would not work with that?

3. I know this is an old video…hoping someone will still respond. I bought a Droid INC so that I could hook up the TV out and show my mom pictures that I've downloaded onto the phone. (Mom is 77 and her eyesight isn't what it used to be.) However, I can't get it to work. I do have the correct cable. MUST it be hooked up to a flat screen TV? I've tried it on regular analog TV and nothing is happening. What settings did you have on your phone in order to get it to work?

7. @RichColours and @flyboy6753 nope, this is LauncherPro, which is a custom launcher. The phone is still running the stock ROM

8. Will it work with all HTC phones or just the Incredible?

12. It looks like the clock widget, search widget and next row of icons seem to be over lapping each other. Is that due to the launcher you using not actually able to resize them in landscape?
