Dell Venue 8 7000 hands-on

1. I SHOULD MENTION THE FACT THAT I RETURNED TWO DELL VENUE 7840 TO BESTBUY WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.

2. I Bought This Tablet At Bestbuy ( The Dell Venue 7840 ) And As Soon As I connected It To My WiFi At Home It Started Updating To Lollipop, (Okay Good So Far ), But Unfortunately I See Why Reports On Dell Short Comings Were All Over the Internet On How Long Dell Was Taking In updating Their Tablet To lollipop , And Dell should Have Taken Longer, As I Soon Found Out That It Did Not Work As Well As I Was Expecting It To With The Lollipop Update, As The Disappearing Apps From The Main Screen Started Right Away Every Time I Restarted Or Turn It Off The Tablet At Night And Turned It Back On In The Morning, I Would Put Back The Same Apps On The Main Screen And The Same Thing Would Happen All Over Again , And So I Checked The Micro SD Card With My Computer A SanDisk Ultra Plus 128GB microSDXC Class 10 UHS-1 Memory Card And My computer Checked For Corrupted Files And I Used a Technique Showed In A Android Central Article On How To Check For Corrupted SD Cards (http://forums.androidcentral.com/ambassador-guides-tips-how-s/359981-guide-using-chkdsk-fix-corrupted-sd-card.html ) And The Results Were Conclusive And The Micro SD Was Not Corrupted In Any Way Shape Or Form And So I took The Venue 7840 Back To Bestbuy And I Went Back A Few Days Late And bestbuy Had It On Sale As Open Box (Really Bestbuy PR ) Buyer Beware At Besybuy At Plaza Carolina PR, And No This Is Not Exclusive To bestbuy's In Puerto Rico To Sell Broken Or Non-functioning Items, Greed Is Never Exclusive .

3. Wow the concept of having two extra camera in the back to provide dept information is very interesting. I guran-fucking-ty iphone 7 or the next ipad will have it. It's a ridiculous awesome feature.  

4. android 4.4.4 and 802.11n?  what is this, June 2014?

   Hmm….Idk…

   The major selling point is the camera,  but in a hands on review I seen a woman trying to take a picture with it, and it almost ALWAYS came out REALLLLLY blurry. she had to hold it JUST right, it was tricky.

   The atom cpu is kinda shit, it just is. The snapdragon 810 blows it away! 
   as well with graphics. 

   also the battery life has not really been mentioned, so it worrys me. 

   I really want a tablet, but for 400$? 

   I think I will just wait for nvidias NEXT tablet, because lets be honest, its going to be fucking awesome. I can wait a tad longer :O)

8. I will never buy a new device withOUT front facing speakers. If you ever used something with front stereo speakers, you know what I'm talking about.

9. I think I would still go to Nexus 9.

12. Dell could of really impacted the tablet game if they set their price point a little better!!!

16. I tired of these companies coming out with only 16gig base models for tablets. That $400 price point should be for 32gig minimum, SD slot or not.

18. dual front facing speakers! Deal breaker! I dont want mono sound on my tablet or sound from weird places. Front and dual speakers is where it has to be!
