  1. I still can't mirrorcast my phone and it's the new Note 4. When I installed it there was some sort of updated downloaded and installed but I don't have the option to mirror my phone. I tried to find a free app that would do the job but I can't find any. Help?

  2. Why is there so much lag with my stream I have about 5 second delays and its not my WiFi because I have 72mbps AMD I'm on a nexus 5 latest version

  3. I've just got this feature on my galaxy s5 still bit laggy but I've figured out the best way to use it with games and stuff. If you enter "developer options" (by pressing "build number" numerous times in "about device" ) and enable "show touches" under the input option it works better for just using the screen as you know what you are pressing.

    Just a helpful tip ☺

  4. Great feature, the screen mirroring will come to existing chrome cast devices as software update or will there be a newer 2014 chrome cast which will have this feature?

  5. the latency is pain to watch.

I hope Apple will come with such device with no latency at all, so Google could wake up

  6. Awesome but I went to Google support and it looks like this will only be with TVs that support miracast protocols. i have a great LG tv, but mine is left out in the cold. hope this changes

  7. Hi there…I was about to order new chromecast. Can you confirm if new features announced are available on new chromecast hardware or will be software updates to existing chromecast sticks?

  8. Does it stream audio too? How will it work on speeds lower than 30 mbps? Google i/o's internets speeds are sky high so it isn't really a benchmark for home use

  9. Finally, I can stop using an HDMI cable to mirror my phone. Been using HDMI since 2010 on Android so can't wait for the cordless mirror ability.
