1. Don't worry about updates, just root it and you'll be good to go. Most features drain performance anyways, so with a simple UI you're looking at a keeper.

3. ONE YEAR OF UPDATES?? I know that that’s basically the norm on android, but in all honesty that’s a crime against personal cybersecurity in general. Updates aren’t just useful for the new features, they constantly patch exploits discovered by security researchers. I am aware that Apple only has to cater to a very limited spectrum of devices, but just look at their software support, android phonemakers should be embarrassed

4. One year of updates also means this is a more expensive phone than most flagships lol. Not to mention the e-waste…

5. plastic? that wont matter in a case, 1 year of updates? i use custom roms anyway
