As much as I aprreciate what information the interviewer is yielding, there is something about his mannerisms that is a little abrupt and a little rude. Probably not intended, but to British ears it's a little bit brash.
He is a great interviewer. Great to watch. Really gets all the answers we want. Great work.

the us version will have the snapdragon 600 processor which is also based on the cortex a15 so in terms of power "that approaches the benchmarks of laptops". in fact even the nexus 4 which has the snapdragon s4 pro is based on the cortex a15.
So octa is used for power efficiency
