27. If you use "Themer Launcher" you got some switcher (include flashlight) in the top of notification area (I can use these switchers even if I use an other launcher). My screen-locker (Cover) let me use this 😀

38. In android 5.0 and above flashlight is built-in so those apps are not required anymore. On 4.4.4 or below I prefer to use Tiny Flashlight because it has lockscreen winget and you do not need to unlock your device to turn it on, it is small and also has a usual widget if you'd like one.
