8. Someone should also tell these people that what they are doing casts India in a terrible light…. It's in the accent. I've gotten these calls from scan folk… my mom in law, too… They have numbers that suggest they are in my country, but the moment they speak, I know… so I say: How's the weather in Calcutta…. and they immediately say "Fine…" so I say well, then, f.off…"

   But it creates the feeling that eve3ry person with that unmistakable way of speaking is a scammer. And I have unjustly told people off. My karma is damaged…

And unfortunately these theives and vultures destroy peoples lives….once personal information is given out through the INTERNET you are at the mercy of being scammed.

25. I had someone try to get info from me via text and I did not answer for two days and then sent him message saying " sorry I was on a trip to Endor to talk to Ewoks"! He had no idea what I was talking about and tried to continue t extract info now that I was "back" 🤓

38. I actually got through a scam on my end earlier this year. I was looking for a puppy for my dad and through Craigslist found one ad that had the puppy we were wanting to get. They were going through a third party pet traveling sort of agency to send our puppy to us. They asked about Zelle which we never used and worked on getting it set up. Scary enough, our bank blocked the transaction which pulled up red flags in my mind and I stopped the whole deal, notified Craigslist and with your previous video's I knew who to contact in my home state. In less than an hour, Craigslist shut them down and we didn't lose any money.

    It is so shocking that so many pull these stunts. And it can happen to anyone.
    Thank you, Perogi for having this channel to not only give us an insight of these scammers. But helping everyone.
