From its inception as a SPAC to its present form as free-standing company supposedly "cherry-picked" because of a mythical "growth company" status, the whole thing has been engineered as a massive financial charade to defraud unsophisticated investors in order to do one thing only– enrich Donald Trump with lots of money for doing nothing except using his name. Anyone with even a scintilla of stock market or financing knowledge would have understood this with just a casual review of its underlying business and the ridiculous pretexts for becoming a SPAC in the first place, not to mention the money-losing venture it spun off into gullible hands.
