The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Norman Rivera. Norman, who resides on the 2000 block of E. Stella Street, was last seen leaving his home at 12:00 p.m. on June 19, 2024.
Norman Rivera is a Hispanic male, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, Norman was wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, and black sneakers.
