The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing person. A 13-year-old white male Michael McDonald was last seen on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at 12:35 a.m., on the 600 block of West Diamond Street.
He is 5′ 7″, 140 lbs., hazel eyes and was last seen wearing a green shirt and gray sweatpants.
