The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. A 71-year-old black male Robert Bobby Payton who was last seen on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 1:50 p.m., on the 6300 block of Theodore Street.
He is 6′ 1″, 160 lbs., and has brown eyes. He likes to frequent the parks and deli in Southwest Philadelphia.
