The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating an endangered missing person. 71-year-old Diane Frederick was last seen on Monday, May 20, 2024, on the 8XX block of Spruce Street (Pennsylvania Hospital).
She is 5′ 6″, 140 lbs., medium build, light complexion, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, green pants, and black Crocs.
