5. A Parking Officer was once nice enough to tell Me that I couldn't Park in a particular space, so I reached back inside My Car and flicked a Switch which activated My Red and Blue Flashing Lights and then I announced "I can now" and walked away.

12. I lived in this neighborhood 15th and fairmount years ago i had the parking permit in my back window of my van and the knuckleheads still gave me tickets for two hours parking in front of my apartment i moved.

    Only thing I agreed with was, even if a signs upside down, you can still read it. Its not hard.

16. I guess they need next generation meters that won't accept money for banned periods! In any event, if those 2 guys can read, then they can read a sign, upsidedown or not. If you don't check the restrictions when you park up, then it's your own lookout how much money you put into a meter.

23. A lot of comments about the fact she is lurking waiting to issue tickets. This isn't a standard meter ticket, this is rush hour. They need to open up additional lanes of traffic for vehicles heading out of the city. So they really need to start on time. Plus it is going to take awhile before they can get everyone towed. If I had to guess it is going to take 20-30 minutes to get all of those cars off the street and each one has to have a ticket on it before they can tow. I would agree it would be petty if she was hanging around waiting for some meters to expire but this is a completely different situation.
