14. Somebody was just too lazy to do the paperwork and they didn't want prisoners telling them what to do. Pretty lame. Just totally complacent staff who want to do as little as possible because they feel overworked and underpaid or because they're just assholes.

15. There was a guy that I used to Surf with. He was really great Surfer and he died in the Corpus Christi County Jail. His name was Greg Cheek. He had Schizophrenia and died in his cell of meningitis because his doctor misdiagnosed him and didnt listen to his or hos families requests to send him to the hospital. The court case records after his death are online somewhere. If made me really sad learning all those details. He wasnt a close friend but I was really affected after reading what happened to him

30. Absolutely sad. This Michael guy is having an attack so the guards beat the shit out of him, spray mace, and throw him in a cell. Now he's dead. And guaranteed those guards were not held accountable. And this is why there is such a major PR problem between the people and the authorities. And I have my own personal reasons why I can't stand officers.

41. The prison I'm a C.O. at. Marquette Branch Prison had a pretty rough attack on a officer pretty recently.
