Was on the news and had special judge. The jailer was sick didn't want to let him back out thought it was wrong.

6. I actually just saw a news special about this Judge (I can’t remember which state he was out of) but the whole show was about how this judge often offers up a “strange or unusual” sentences verses time-

   Like for instance one of them was of a woman who pepper sprayed a man (idk the details) but she had the choice to either go to jail for 90 days or to allow the man she pepper sprayed to pepper spray her back –

   And they did it in the court- I was like OMG watching it but then they admitted that they refilled the pepper spray can with water but they just wanted her to have to feel some part of what the man felt-

   There was actual footage of him spraying her in the actual court room—

   Lol there were a lot more cases- but the judge I was like wow he’s dope I wish I had that judge 😆

11. You can legally own and purchase a modern grenade launcher. You can buy the on the open market. Online, whatever you want. Pretty easy to buy one really. It includes a lot of paperwork and about a year of waiting around for the ATF to look at a computer screen for 5 minutes to make sure you are not a crazy person, but, you can get one…

I got sentenced to a 5 page essay on how bad cigarettes are when I was 16……for possession of a lighter by a minor….I was hit by a cop car who hit me bc he saw me breaking into a car……I had just walked out of my house and taken maybe 100 steps and still in my apartment complex. Boy, I was pisssd

39. In my state if you geo to jail 3 times you get life in prison without the possibility of parole. It’s been in place since 1797

40. A judge once told me if he ever sees me in his courtroom again the only door I’ll be walking through is the one to the watch house and the only gates I’ll see is electric ⚡️ tiger wire fences wrapped around a prison

41. There was a guy years ago who killed an innocent person in a wreck. I dont think he got jail time. His punishment was to pay restitution for several years. The catch was he had to write the check every week for the restitution. He sat out and wrote each of the checks in one sitting. They were all returned except for the current week. It was explained you need to do it as a pay as ordered to remember each week what he had caused. It was not the money it was the remembering .

42. I have hear of defense lawyers arguing that their client was too fat to go to prison but never a judge justifying his sentencing with that kind of bs.
