Monday we were supposed to have our final building inspection at the flip house. But that didn’t happen. And instead, I would learn that it would take place on Thursday. This is the biggest inspection yet, and will our flip house pass is the big question.

Bro am from uk did time left prison with a lot of qualifications even a forklift license I obtained from the education system in prison and could never get a job upon release because of my conviction shame there not people like you here I would of appreciated the help

That looks great… I like that you’ve really stuck it out with this place… you did and re did what needed doing until you got it right and looking sharp. You really did well with this despite all the chaos. What a learning curve with this place.. your next one will go so much smoother.
Us "trolls" were trying to tell you to do shit right from the start. But noooo, you had to be cheap as fuck in the beginning and then complained you had to spend more money when shit wasn't done right. you might consider working with an agent and doing some public speaking , your delivery is excellent , your message is excellent , you only need small amount of work with a speech coach , in 10 minutes i could fundamentally transform your elocution by showing you 1 simple daily 20 minute drill , but i'm i'm on the other side of country , your show is truly awesome , good work

You should install luvored abd screened/ grilled vents for cross ventilation in the attics. Some are passive, others are better and powered and run by a switch and have a fan to draw out hot air (to be added to the passive vents) but will still need to be grilled and maintained by owner to keep clear of cobwebs
Apartment complexes can have a lot of seller and permitting complications…. would not recommend without lots of prior experience at management. Renters will manipulate you to death. Stay away.
I remember watching this guy when he first came home from prison and he really came a long way.
Joe if you want to get into 4 plexes & above I suggest you watch Chandler Smith on YouTube. He has his own app that tells you if the numbers are legit & how much profit you will bring in. You really need to know your rents in the area. 4-8-12 & up usually are way over priced so you need to seriously be on top of numbers or you're gonna lose money asap! Go check out Chandler and/or Just Kevin. Just Kevin is more into houses & then rents them. Chandler has grown his business to where he has a property mgmt team running everything. Do your research!
