14. Showing up for a first time to cut grass and your equipment is not working leaves a bad impression. Make damn sure your equipment is working and is solid. Don't use sketchy half ass running equipment because it will fail every time you need it. If you are cutting grass, you better know small engine repair and maintenance. Get insurance in case you mess shit up. Be prepared to upsell. Bushes trimmed. Leaves picked up. Sell your jobs to people and businesses that have money. Don't work for broke bitches that ain't got no money because you won't get paid. Don't be mowing crack houses so you can score some crack after a job. You mow the rich people yards. They got more money than time to cut their big ass yards.

15. Darnell is switched on for business. He's got at least the basics in the van, plus that 10 bucks buffer which is labour saving. His pricing is bang on too, 50 bucks exterior, 75 for exterior and interior. That's great work. He may get a filthy car here and there, but there'll be no surprises and nothing to sell. He was also immediately thinking about the power of the pressure washer and showing concern about it. That's proper thinking. Best of luck Darnell.

16. If you're serious about the lawn care company get a wright stand on mower saving Green lawn Care uses them and he can cut 20 + yards a day on average.

23. Hey guys! Doing good being diverse in the entrepreneurialship ! When you do the lawns and yard work do more than they expect and word of mouth will get you a great reputation and more work! Glad to see Darnell is doing good and when he was talking about the woman who’s son was having problems and wanted Darnell to talk with him I felt a bit like how can anyone compare this to his being in prison for 30 years as an innocent man? I mean Darnell has an absolutely amazing attitude considering but I think most would be very hard pressed to have anything to compare with this horrendous miscarriage of justice or in my mind a crime against him, I know he has his demons to deal with I just think he should be compensated with a lot of money so he could Pursue what ever floats his boat! 🙏🏻
