31. as for the PC id say $150 is probly fair i mean its tough you only listed ram and HD you never said if the HD is a SSD no mentions of cpu power graphics card im assuming is on board?? these things matter when pricing a pc the ram you listed at 4GB is the cheapest part and easiest thing to upgrade in most pcs
