Respect!
Let's notice the correct decision of making them use life jackets. That decision was well taken and in time.
Good job to everyone around helping and getting the guys out of the water… on the other side however this boat was surely not meant for more than 5 to 6 people… if you squeeze 9 people on there and there are waves like that you are very likely to take on water when you have some issues with the engine or so
Idiots. Boat was overloaded. Rough day and no reason to be out in that tide.
Without the jet skis, they've would have failed.
Quick work, good work.
That is some crazy current there, looks like a river.
WHY would you have dredging equipment exposed like that
These guys were scrambling like no one was wearing pfds. Their rescue vessels colliding and everyone was yelling in a panicked state. Maybe instead of congratulating them for calming the kids you need to first learn to calm yourself. All that being said you rescued them so good job.
That was such a tragedy, all my guns were on that boat 🙁
Some people shouldnt own boats 9 people on that thing come on.
why does the rescue guy in the interview keep saying “voters
Great job Okaloosa Sheriff Department!!!
Jet skis and life jackets. Anyone of these missing and there would off been many casualties. Just my observation. And of course lots of boat training. Not anyoe could of done that.
good to see life jackets being used, could have been tragic even with all the help around!
Great work officers.
I understand a rush of emotions and terror ran through everyone's minds while they started sinking but telling everyone to do their best to stay calm would have helped the situation so much more. All the screaming made the scenario so much more chaotic than what it should have been, glad they all made it out fine.
Who designed that to have the pipes above the water
I was there at the Same time this happened at the beach right by that
Hats down guys.
Thank god for you allowing those officers to safe them from drowning
Intense. Well done guys, thank God for professionals like these. Being in the water is one thing, but that boat could have killed someone pinning them against those structures in the water. This could have ended terribly. Just an amazing job by the rescue team.
Only one word for these champs is HEROS
Heros
GOD Bless all of the rescuers
Great team work and pulling together as we should to help no matter what the cost. Good job jet ski guy awsome 💙â¤ï¸ÂÂ🇺🇸
Here from tictok
6 Adults and 3 children, seems overloaded for that small boat.
These people have to learn to be more calm honestly, jet ski dude was crashing into the boat , and even the first responders were panicking
Hey the boats sinking so lets leave everybody on the sinking boat instead of transfering them to the tow boat…
to many people on the boat
Fucl that I would of jump in
I’m glad to be gifted with the gills I was born with . We spear fish the jetties all the time right here in Destin an the current is not a joke
