Thankfully everyone survived. Big thanks to first responders
I’ll never linger under a balcony again.
Lmaooolyshit
Good answer. “Wanna go to the hospital?†No, I don’t think so, this mans seen some ambulance bills and I don’t blame him.
I constantly see old houses with balconies with degraded supports. Crazy how some people don’t care about their safety and don’t fix them!
someone has to take responsiblity for the collapse
I wish u would bring back Live PD I watched that show all the time lol
The law needs to be changed.Balconies should be inspected every few years. Also balconies aren't designed to hold alot of people and the law should require a sign stating how many people can be safely on a balcony at a time.
that infrastructure must have been rotting for quite sometime. Don't cities require inspections to prevent this type of thing tho?
Good heavens…🇿🇦
talk about some lawsuits babayyy
bravo to all the first responders here .you all are hero's !
I can't be sure, but I think I hear the building's fire alarm going off.
If I recall correctly, the majority of the guys on the balcony were volunteers. But I could be wrong on that.
We the people
Did they forget about the all the tools they had on the truck?
I know they got injured and everything but thx god its just wood , my father had a similar accident in Spain but with a concrete balcony, the doctors said he is never going to walk again but he did because he was stubborn , the problem was he never went to the doctor in 15 years after that then he had massive back pains and they also discovered he had cancer in the exact same spot where he broke his spine he lived for another 5 years , i am just glad he didnt have to live through covid with bone cancer and the same time.
Just saying, if I was helping, I wouldn’t be anywhere near the last little bit of the roof that was hanging off. I’m honestly surprised that it didn’t fall as well.
That happens when you build houses praactically out of paper
Rotting wood+ a bunch of 200+ pound guys on 3rd and 2nd floor don't mix well apparently
Good work rescue. Also to the landlord, good luck buddy.
0:46 Was waiting for "The balcony is shooting at us…"
I REMEMBER THIS!
I remember dinner seen an ambulance come by later with 100 mph responding to that call

There is an American Ninja Warrior host!!.. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
I love that mother, she DEMANDED the baby go NOW.
American buildings are literally built with paper y’all got so much money and resources yet your buildings are falling apart like dollhouses
