My prison hack was, buying 1¢ stamps and fill in the 1¢ symbol. So i could save money, instead of buying 55¢ stamp. Of course i had to use half of a writing sheet so the weight would be right.

Can anyone tell me if to write to a inmate in Spain, you need the identification number as the same in the U.S? Or just by name is enough?
