I am a k9 handler, attacked trained service dog to accommodate for my disability so that I can living by the oath of a firefighter and a judge. Trained to resolve problems before calling dispatch is my standard operating procedure, the way I was trained to act. First you neutralize the problem so it doesn't get worse and then you call for help. I would be very picky about who you call these days.
