Yolanda is the absolute goat, this was almost 20 years ago but shout out to the legend Yolanda
Yoland should teach customer service classes
There was crash. There was successful emergency landing!
He had to drink to help her anxiety. Makes sense. 😕
Okay so if she is scared to fly then why doesn't she just rent a car?
What’s that little black bag the sups carry with them??
She is so sloshed she can barely walk.
Yolanda is the definition of customer service.
I am really impressed with this video! The clients were treated so well and with such kindness! Great job!
Liquor should be banned from the airport
How many incidents over decades does it take for people to understand that alcohol is the main catalyst in these airline altercations?
Then don't fly.
Well why is she flying
Yolanda is the sweetest
Than what are you doing at an airport if tour tht scared!! Attention is a hellnof a druh
that bogus excuse was KILLER, can't wait to use
Yolanda needs to get a raise and promotion she is the ONLY person I have seen who actually cares what happens with passengers. Someone organise a campaign please I'm in the UK.
Es estupido que la gente se enborrachen guantes de viajar es ridÃÂÂculo
Nice video I so much love it…… most people remain poor only because friends and relatives discouraged and advised them against investing and trading forex while the wise ones kept investing and going higher financially
"Plane Crash" and "Emergency Landing" not quite the same
I have never been on a plane
Yolanda is one of my favorites. She does the customer service thing so well. She sees the solutions to problems & diffuses situations. She treats people with respect.
Afraid AND drunk, what a combination.
I’d be scared to lmao
This happened to me! The dang thing crashed my very first time up in an airplane! Front landing gear sank in too soft material, prop hitting ground an plane stopped upside down. To not fear flying, I asked for second ride next day! Pilot said to leave motor cycle helmet here, no I'm wearing it!
Yolanda is F.A.F.!!!!
"Oh you're nervous about flying? Here, let me have this camera crew follow you around while you're fighting off your anxiety"
Is That MIA?
After 9/11 I stop flying for 10 yrs now my husband & I go to Florida regularly & I’m terrified of flying but I love Florida lol 😂 I’m from California
Aaawww I hope that she's better today and is over her fear so I definitely don't blame her for getting drunk I would have done the same thing and I don't even drink lol I absolutely love Yolanda she's amazing wonder is she still there ðŸ¤â€ÂðŸ¤â€Â
I feel so bad for her she's so lucky she servied the first plain she got into a accident
i think it's look like this is 90s video..

Yolanda is one of the best airline employees I have seen on this show.. Beautiful on the inside and outside..
I am glad they were able to board and get to their daughters birthday..
Great airline post… Thank you for sharing..
They wasn’t driving and if her reason for drinking things before a flight was cause she was in a crash already, I don’t blame her. I’d be a nervous wreck. She wasn’t rude or belligerent.
Pray Joanne gets the help she needs to help overcome her fears.
,💞💞💞
Take a train
I need a Yolanda in my life. She's brilliant, patient, compassionate, helpful, and drop dead gorgeous.
"Emergency Landing" is NOT a "plane crash". If they were equal, I've lived through about six "plane crashes".
