The ones being unprofessional were the guys giving Larry (the PPA person who was quite professional in his conduct) attitude. His supervisor Yolanda who usually rocks and the other woman were slightly unprofessional when they laughed at Larry's statement "if it makes you feel better you did get a ticket" besides getting towed. I know it's tempting to laugh @ a statement like that but they should have moved discretely away to do so, instead of doing it clearly within the men's view.
