    One Reason Why DETROIT Is Most Crime Ridden City is Low Cost Housing Mostly Doesn't Have Parking ,Except on Streets & DETROIT IS SO BROKE,The City Has To Make A Racket Out Of Giving Out Tickets To Keep From Claiming Bankruptcy.People That Try & Live There,& @ Philly Are USED & Threatened By Taking Their Cars ,When They Can't Or Won't Pay Tickets,Causing Residents To Sometimes Have To Steal or ROB To Exist,Because all Their Spare Money Is Wasted on Parking Tickets & Getting Their Cars Out Of Storage From Being TOWED!!These Cities Are Crooks Robbing the Residents ,So City Can Survive!!!

    She needs to recheck her history on slavery. Slavery is still going on . Started with blacks selling other blacks. Still going on in other parts. Of the world.

    detroit is a piece of shit city,they will rip you off with tickets even if you park legal. And most meters do not work that kawami put in. Scam city. NO where to park and the parking signs do not make any sense
